1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions govern your purchase and use of continuing professional development (CPD) courses and related digital resources offered by Phoebe Meldrum Psychology (“we,” “us,” “our”) through this website. By purchasing a course, you agree to these terms.
2. Who Our Courses Are For
Our CPD courses are designed for psychologists and allied health professionals. It is your responsibility to determine whether a given course meets your individual CPD or continuing education requirements under your relevant professional board or association. We do not guarantee that any course will satisfy the specific CPD obligations of every professional body or jurisdiction.

- Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of purchase.
- You will receive confirmation of your purchase and access instructions via email.
4. Access to Course Content
- Course access periods are listed on each individual course page. Access is granted for the stated period from the date of purchase.
- You may revisit and rewatch course content as many times as you like within your access period.
- We reserve the right to make minor updates to course content during your access period to keep material current.
5. Refund Policy
As our courses are on-demand digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a course has been purchased and access has been granted.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a course is not provided as described, is faulty, or does not function as intended, you may still be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy under that law, regardless of this policy.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your course, contact us and we will work to resolve it.
